GARRETT VORTEX VX7: Multi-Dimensional Multi-Frequency (MD-MF) Technology for Simplicity and Versatility

With Garrett’s Multi-Frequency Multi-Dimensional (MD) technology, the Vortex benefits from the combined power of multiple detectors in one, sending out multiple different frequencies simultaneously into the ground. This ensures no terrain is out of reach and increases the detector’s versatility, allowing it to work on all types of land. The Garrett Vortex VX7 offers simultaneous multi-frequency operation as well as a Multi Salt mode perfect for wet beach areas. Additionally, the Garrett Vortex VX7 allows switching between simultaneous multi-frequency mode and Single Frequency mode. Therefore, for more specific or targeted searches, you can choose either a 5kHz or 13 kHz frequency:

5kHz: Powerful frequency, ideal for clean terrains

13kHz: Frequency that offers an excellent balance between power and precision

Thanks to the Multi-Dimensional technology, the Vortex VX7 offers two-level target identification. This allows for a more precise and simple discrimination between ferrous and non-ferrous targets.
