Description
The NOKTA FINDX PRO is an entry-level fully waterproof metal detector up to 5m depth at an affordable price. With a depth capability of 15cm, it is less powerful than the excellent NOKTA Simplex LT, which, for an additional 50 EUR, offers double the performance and more features. Nevertheless, the FINDX PRO with its 4 detection modes allows beginners to start in the metal detecting hobby at a lower cost. It is lightweight, weighing only 1.2kg, and comes with a telescopic shaft and a 28cm coil that can be submerged in water. It is rechargeable and provides 12 hours of battery life. Compared to the FINDX, the FINDX PRO is fully waterproof up to 5m for freshwater diving.
What are the differences between the NOKTA FINDX and FINDX PRO?
Both detectors offer the same performance in terms of depth; they are effective in the first 10-15cm. They are entry-level detectors. For improved performance, consider their big brother, the NOKTA Simplex LT, which offers double the performance, especially in depth.
The FINDX has 3 detection modes, while the FINDX PRO has 4. Note that with both detectors, you can only detect on dry sand. To detect without interference on wet sand or in seawater, you will need a multifrequency simultaneous detector like the NOKTA SCORE starting from 300 EUR.
The FINDX has a waterproof coil; the FINDX PRO can be used for diving up to 5m depth.
